Shipping & Delivery
We take special care with each item, ensuring it’s handled, cleaned, and packed properly to match exactly what you see in the pictures and arrive in perfect condition.
Here’s what you need to know when you shop with us:
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
- Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Shipping Fees and Courier
- New Zealand: We offer FREE shipping. Your order typically arrives within 1-3 working days after it has been processed.
- Tracking and Signature: All orders come with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery for added security.
Delivery Address
- We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the value of our items.
- Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Once a tracking number is issued, we can’t make changes.
- We aren’t responsible for courier delays or damage once an item has been handed over to the shipping company.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, get in touch with us straight away at hello@beyondthecatwalk.co.nz, and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
International Shipping Inquiries
- If you are outside New Zealand and wish to purchase our products, please email us at hello@beyondthecatwalk. We will check the postage costs for your country and get back to you.
